Bhad Bhabie has been hit with a $674,000 lawsuit from American Express.
According to a report People published on Wednesday, July 2, the major credit card company is suing the social media influencer-artist for allegedly breaching a credit agreement after she failed to make payments to her account. In legal documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, AmEx explained that the defendant, born Danielle Bregoli, entered into an agreement with them on April 21, 2021. The company alleged Bregoli stopped making payments to her account after December 19, 2024. American Express wants her to pay off the balance as well as damages for violating their agreement.
“Plaintiff extended credit to Defendant for purchases and/or cash advances by Defendants and/or persons acting with Defendants’ permission on the American Express account XXXX‑XXXX‑X5000 (the “Account”)," the legal documents say. "Defendant promised to repay Plaintiff for all charges, fees, and interest on the Account by paying the balance in full every month or by making monthly payments.”
It's more than likely that Bhad Bhabie will be able to foot the bill. The problematic rapper recently bragged about the earnings she made from her OnlyFans account. Last July, she revealed a screenshot of her total earnings since she joined the app in 2021. The image showed that she grossed up to $71 million, with her net earnings totaling $57 million. According to Complex, she earned $32 million from direct messages, $24 million in subscriptions, and half a million in tips.
Bhad Bhabie has not commented on the situation yet.
