Eminem is down to get in the studio with 50 Cent to cook up a full-length project with him.
The Detroit native and his manager Paul Rosenberg sat for an interview with their good friend DJ Whoo Kid on Christmas Eve, December 24. During their discussion, Whoo Kid asked Eminem about the possibility of making a joint album with his former Shady Records signee. Em doesn't completely dismiss the idea, however, he thinks they would have to sit down and "just do it."
“That would be great,” Eminem replied. “We just gotta stop bulls**tting and just do it. I would never say it’s not possible, what the f**k?!”
A joint album between both veteran MC's would be a dream come true for longtime fans. The duo has already collaborated on several classic tracks including "Patiently Waiting," "Realest N****z," "Crack a Bottle" and Ed Sheeran's "Remember The Name." Eminem and 50 Cent have been in the studio together recently. They just reunited for Snoop Dogg's "Gunz N Smoke" off his and Dr. Dre's Missionary album. Despite all the songs they've made and stages they've shared over the years, fans have yet to receive an official collaborative project from them. Some may think now is the time to make it happen.
Eminem just dropped his recent album The Death of Slim Shady: Coup de Grâce. Although Fif appeared in the promos for the album, he didn't appear on the final cut. Meanwhile, 50 Cent previously served up several notable collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Nas, Eladio Carrion, and more. Let's just say Eminem and 50 Cent are more than able to knock out a joint album anytime they want to.
